  • To program a bend, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back). When performing a bend, the die head will automatically stop at the degree indicated on the numerical counter. Allows for accurate repeatability when performing one or multiple bends
  • Like most RDB tubing benders, the model 300 utilizes a portable cart with wheels for easy mobilization around the job site or production floor.
  • The maximum center line radius on the Model 300 is 12 inches, while the 300 with OCS is 15 inches

  • Optional OCS (operator control station) programming unit can store multiple programs. Each program can store 10 different bend angles. The model 300-S tube bender with OCS was designed to be understood easily for ease of operation.
