  • Bend axis is driven by electrical mechanical drive system. Linear feed and plane of bend rotation are by rotary degree positioning carriage with linear scale and 4 manual linear stops.
  • User friendly touch screen interface allows for storage of programs, speed of bend changes, amp meter readings, counter for number of bends, and spring back values.
  • Clamp die has hydraulic and mechanical locking system that reduces the possibility of slippage.
  • Mandrel extractor uses powerful hydraulic system to insert, hold, and extract the mandrel. Also employed is an adjustable mandrel positioning device.
  • Follower die is positioned and held tight against rotary die and wiper die.

Programmable Electric Tubing Benders. Metal Tubing Benders. This tubing bender has a maximum capacity of 2.5 inch Schedule 40 pipe, 3 inch tube (.187 wall thickness), 3" inch square tubing (.093 wall thickness). The OCS (Operator Control Station) allows for quick, accurate repeatability of multiple or single bends. Unit can store up to 20 programs with 10 bends per program. The OCS unit is extremely easy to program. The model 350 tube bender has a maximum bend speed of 6 seconds at 90 degrees. Quick release counter die system allows for maximum efficiencies for high production runs. This tubing bender has a larger CLR than most competing tube benders. The maximum CLR is 22".
