Standard Features

  • Machine Base – Integral Base & Down Draft Cutting Table. The base may be secured to the floor.
    Cutting Tool and Support Carriage – A powered carriage provides support for the cutting tool in the transverse action.

     Coordinate Drive Systems – Movement in the X – axis (Longitudinal) and the Y – axis (Tranverse) is provided by a servo-drive system.

     Machine Controls – Housed in industrial cabinets located on its own pedestal.

     Hose and Cable Systems – Powertrack hose and cable carriers are used in both axis to convey the hoses and cables from the service entry points to various locations on the machine.

    Host Devices – Data from the host devices are downloaded directly to the CNC control via an RS-232 port. An IBM-PC compatible computer, operating under various software programs, may be used to download programs to the CNC control.
